SantaCon returns to New York City. SantaCon is a sort of flash mob/pub crawl/costume event in which participants dress up as Santa (or Mrs) Claus and run amuck in New York. What’s not to like? If you want to participate, check out the SantaCon Twitter feed, as well as the event site, which is linked below.

Don’t get arrested for anything freaky while dressed as Santa. That would be creepy and not cool. Also, if you ant to participate in SantaCon, bring two nonperishable food items for the canned-food drive. Being Santa isn’t just about drinking and singing dirty songs: it’s about giving to the community.

This is a grown-up event, obviously. Leave the kids at home for this one.
