Shaniya Davis : 5 Year Old Found Dead
5-Year-Old Girl-Shaniya Davis was Found Dead November 16 afternoon on a road in North Carolina.
Shaniya was reported missing by her mother last Tuesday and by Saturday her mother, Antoinette Nicole Davis, was arrested and charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse, prostitution, filing a false police report and interfering with the investigation.
Shaniya was last seen early last Tuesday at the Comfort Suites being carried into an elevator by her mother’s ex-boyfriend,Mario Andrette McNeill.
If convicted Shaniya’s mother faces 40 years in prison. Her bail remains at $51,000.
Shaniya had only been living with her mother for about three weeks.Before that, her father, Bradley Lockhart had full custody of her. She moved back in with her mother after Antoinette had solidified a job and asked to be a mother to her daughter again.
