The attorney Ed Chernoff said, “Dr. Murray is more than ready to surrender and answer to any charges.” Dr. Conrad Murray has not been told how or where he should surrender, according to Miranda Sevcik, spokeswoman for Murray’s legal team.

Michael Jackson hired Murray as personal physician last spring when the entertainer prepared for his comeback concerts set for London, England, starting in July.

According to police affidavit, Murray was with Jackson through the early morning hours of June 25 in an effort to help the pop star fall asleep, the doctor told Los Angeles Police investigators.

After Jackson finally began sleeping in the late morning hours, Murray said, he left the bedroom for “about two minutes maximum,” the affidavit said.

“Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing,” it said.

The CPR proved fruitless, and king of pop Michael Jackson was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m.

Michael Jackson’s death pronounced as a homicide resulting from a combination of drugs, primarily propofol and lorazepam. Jackson’s death cause not only from acute propofol intoxication, but there were benzodiazeppine effect.

Murray told investigators he had given Jackson three anti-anxiety drugs to help him sleep in the hours before he stopped breathing, a police affidavit said.He told investigators he gave Jackson 50 milligrams of propofol, the generic name for Diprivan, diluted with the anesthetic lidocaine every night via an intravenous drip. He was worried about Jackson addicted to the drug and tried to wean him off it.

Murray said he put together combinations of other drugs that succeeded in helping Jackson sleep during two nights before Jackson’s death.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s statement to LAPD detectives lays out a timeline in which Dr. Murray administered Propofol at 10:40 AM and then ten minutes later (10:50) he walked out of the room, went to the bathroom and returned two minutes later (10:52) to find Jackson was not breathing. He did not have anyone call 911 until 12:21 PM … approximately an hour-and-a-half later.

Sources say cops are suspicious of Dr. Murray’s account. They say when Dr. Murray was interviewed by them two days after Jackson died — his lawyer by his side — the doctor’s account seemed “scripted.”

So when did Jackson really die? Rigor mortis typically doesn’t set in for at least 3 hours, and often longer. If rigor mortis has not set in, the only way to approximate time of death is by body temperature. Once a person dies, their temperature eventually rises or falls to the temperature of the environment. For example, if Jackson were in a 70 degree room, his body temp would drop to 70. The body temperature typically drops a degree to a degree and a half per hour, but it’s dependent on the ambient temperature.

Here’s the problem — when paramedics arrived the room was sweltering. So Jackson’s body temperature could register in the 90 degree range, even if he were dead for a long time. But we’re told paramedics did not get a read on his body temp because they were busy performing CPR.

Bottom line — it’s possible Jackson could have been dead much longer than Dr. Murray said. There’s no scientific way of knowing.

Michael Jackson had lethal levels of Propofol in his system when he died, this according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Houston.

Dr. Conrad Murray told cops he had been treating Jackson for 6 weeks for insomnia — giving him 50 milligrams of Propofol every night through an IV.

Murray told cops he feared Jackson was getting addicted so he reduced the dosage to 25 mg.

The morning Jackson died, Dr. Murray gave Jackson valium at 1:30 AM. Murray said the valium didn’t work so he gave the singer an IV injection of lorazepam — an anti-anxiety drug. Murray told cops Jackson was still awake, so he then gave him midazolam — a sedative.

Murray gave Jackson more drugs. He says at 10:40 AM, he administered 25 mg of Propofol. Dr. Murray told cops Jackson repeatedly demanded the drug.

As we first reported, cops found 8 bottles of Propofol in Jackson’s house after he died, but they do not know where it was purchased.

Cops also found Valium, Tamsulosin, Lorazepam, Temazepam, Clonazepam, Trazodone and Tizanidine, along with the Propofol.

The various drugs were prescribed by Dr. Murray, Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Allan Metzger.

Dr. Murray reportedly told cops 10 minutes after administering Propofol … he “left Jackson’s side to go to the restroom and relieve himself. Murray stated he was out of the room for about 2 minutes maximum. Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing.”

Dr. Murray says he began CPR and at some point ran downstairs and asked the chef to send up Prince Jackson, the eldest son, then Murray continued performing CPR.

Dr. Murray says he noticed that Jackson wasn’t breathing at around 11 AM. He was then on the cell phone for 47 minutes with 3 separate calls, from 11:18 to 12:05. The 911 call came in at 12:21 PM …. a much longer delay than originally reported.

Dr. Murray told cops other docs had administered Propofol to Jackson, including Las Vegas Dr. David Adams. Dr. Murray said he was at a cosmetologist’s office where Dr. Adams gave Jackson Propofol.

Interestingly, according to the warrant, Dr. Murray refused to sign the death certificate at the UCLA Medical Center.

UPDATE: If Dr. Murray is charged with a crime, there’s a statement in the affidavit that could be evidence of a consciousness of guilt. The document also states both “UCLA doctors and L.A. Fire Dept. paramedics stated that Dr. Murray had only disclosed that he had given the medication Lorazepam [Ativan] to Jackson prior to his medical emergency.” Dr. Murray did not disclose that he had given Jackson Propofol.

Speaking out for the first time since he’s been targeted in the manslaughter investigation into Michael Jackson’s death, the singer’s personal physician thanked his supporters and expressed confidence he’ll overcome the ordeal.

“Please don’t worry,” Dr. Conrad Murray says in a video message posted on YouTube. “As long as I keep God in my heart and you in my life, I will be fine. I have done all I could do. I told the truth and I have faith the truth will prevail. God bless you and thank you.”

Speaking in a Caribbean accent from his youth in Grenada and Trinidad and Tobago, Murray told supporters that “because of all that is going on” he has been “afraid to return calls” or use his email.

“Therefore, I recorded this video to let all of you know that I have been receiving your messages,” he says. “I have not been able to thank you personally, which as you know is not normal for me. Your messages give me strength and courage and keep me going. They mean the world to me.”

Murray was with Jackson when the entertainer was stricken at home. The doctor, whose clinics and home have been raided by police and federal drug agents, reportedly has told police that he administered the powerful anesthesia propofol to Jackson in the hours before his death. Through his attorney, Murray has denied wrongdoing.
