If the rumors are true, this will be the second wedding in two years that Smirnoff has called off. Smirnoff was previously engaged to Maksim Chmerkovskiy from “Dancing With the Stars.”

The New York Daily News reports that Smirnoff has been seen as recently as Saturday wearing her engagement ring. But according to a source, Smirnoff only wears the ring in public.

Ricky Pempengco was stabbed in the chest and back during an altercation with another man in a San Pedro convenience store this week. He later died of his injuries, while the alleged killer escaped. Capili didn’t comment publicly on his reasons for attacking the Glee star’s dad, but reportedly told a government official that Pempengco had attacked him first.

Charice also told the Filipino press that she will not forgive Capili because he has not accepted responsibility for the brutal crime.

“He should not defend himself. He cannot bring back my dad,” the singer-actress said.

Charice flew back to the Philippines and paid respects to her father early Wednesday. She also apologized for canceling the rest of her tour dates, saying “my family comes first.” She had been scheduled to perform in Singapore.

“Whoever did this must be brought to justice. Justice must be served, not just for my father but for everyone concerned,” she told a radio interview.

Angel Capili Jr., the suspect in the murder of Charice’s father expressed regret for what he has done and asked for forgiveness from Charice. “Humihingi po ako ng kapatawaran sa kanya. Sana ay mabigyan niya ako ng pagkakataon na mapatawad niya ako.”

The iconic 1939 movie “The Wizard of Oz” is based on the 1900 book “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” by L. Frank Baum. More than a dozen sequels were published and the third book, “Ozma of Oz,” was adapted into the 1985 movie “Return to Oz,” which stars Fairuza Balk and Jean Marsh.

The inmate was quoted on the website allhiphop.com this week admitting to being a part of the attack and saying he was paid by a music mogul for it.

While Shakur survived the 1994 attack, he was fatally shot in Las Vegas in 1996. Wallace was shot and killed in 1997 in Los Angeles. Both murders have not been solved.

“Kris really didn’t want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he’d be fine if there were mini-horses there,” says Kardashian with a laugh. “Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!”

On Wednesday morning, Kim’s family hit Twitter to congratulate the happy couple.

Sister Kourtney Kardashian wrote, “My sister is engaged!!! I’m squealing with excitement! The princess has found her prince. I am so happy because @KimKardashian is happy!”

The couple announced this month they have separated after 25 years of marriage. They are the parents of four children together.

Maria Shriver doesn’t feel alone going through her separation from Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“Thank you for all the kindness, support and compassion,” she wrote to her Twitter fans on Friday. “I am humbled by the love. Thank you.”

This is the first time Shriver, 55, has commented on her split, which Schwarzenegger, 63, addressed on Tuesday, one day after the longtime couple announced their separation in a statement.

“I feel so blessed to be marrying such an amazing man,” says Tamera Mowry.

The “Sister, Sister” star, 32, and Housley, 39, tied the knot at an inn and vineyard surrounded by 300 guests. Mowry wore a wedding gown by Carolina Herrera as she exchanged traditional vows with Housley.

“I’ve always wanted an outdoor wedding with lots of flowers,” Mowry tells PEOPLE of the day planned by event planner Mindy Weiss. “I feel so lucky to have this beautiful day marrying my best friend.”

During the ceremony, performed by pastor Dudley Rutherford, the couple presented their parents with long stemmed roses.

“We wanted to honor them, because without their love and support we wouldn’t be the people we are today,” Mowry explains.

For the reception, Mowry changed into a two-piece ensemble by Dolce & Gabbana before joining the guests for a sit-down dinner that includes a four-tiered wedding cake by Sweetie Pies.

Mowry, who starred with sister Tia on “Sister, Sister,” next appears on the reality series “Tia & Tamera Take 2″ this summer on the Style Network.

People who have spoken with Maria tell us, despite her STRONG public persona, Maria has become a “shell of the woman” she appears to be because she is “terrified” of Arnold but in an emotional, not a  physical way.

We’re told Maria has been unhappy with Arnold for years and first planned to split with him back in 2009 but her mother passed away and Maria decided to hold off.

Then, we’re told, Maria wanted to try to break it off again in January 2011 but her father died, once again putting the split on hold.

However, once Maria finally decided to separate from Arnold and moved into a fancy Beverly Hills hotel, we’re told Arnold pulled a 180 and he’s been “working extremely hard” to win her back.

To make things even more complicated, Arnold and Maria have been spending LOTS of time together lately, hanging out during Easter, Mother’s Day and even their 25th anniversary which they celebrated together at an expensive hotel.

The joint statement said the two were working on the future of their relationship while living apart and they would continue to parent their four children — Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13.
